Ms. Wang advises clients on a wide range of legal matters, including civil litigation and corporate transaction law. Ms. Wang’s experience includes contract disputes, Landlord-Tenant litigation, commercial contract analysis, fraud, and litigation.
She served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Brigid M. McGrath of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. She clerked at the litigation department of the Board of Education of the City of Chicago.
Ms. Wang is a new member of the special education community’s advocacy team. She is dedicated to aiding parents of special-needs children and campaigning for children’s educational rights.
During law school, Ms. Wang was a member of the John Marshall Moot Court Honors Council. She also served as Lead Article Editor of the John Marshall Law Review and published an article titled “A Statutory Patent Reversion Period May End the Debate on Employee Invention (2018).”
